We have a schedule for sending out communications to all Lumenators so that we can manage the number of emails you receive.
You will start receiving emails about your chosen event approximately 3-4 weeks before the event date. We will provide you with more information about the event including timings and nearest towns and we will ask you to confirm your place.
As many of the locations have limited or no car parking, we are providing transport solutions and we will email you approximately 1-2 weeks before the event to ask you to confirm how you are travelling with us.
We will reveal the exact location to you in advance by email and everything you need to know about the day and including access provision.
